PEO Services
Success in "Partnering & Specialization"
Our key to success is quite simple. We believe in specialization of services through partnerships developed with national associates. No one company can effectively be "all things to all people". Over the years, I have seen the numerous companies "break down" or even completely "go out of business" because of their inability to be totally effective in all areas of services that they "promised" their clients. One company may be excellent in one area, and weak in others, and because these departments are "independent", the result is "marginal" overall performance.
Our approach is to "partner" with the top professionals, each specializing in areas like payroll services, insurance (Workers Compensation, Major Medical, Section 125, etc.), personnel services and recruitment, and compliance and safety under a centralized entity for "one call servicing". Each of these partners has a "vested" interest in your business and success because they are individual, independent "components", and their success is not tied to one "corporate entity". As independent business entrepreneurs, they can be more flexible in service and pricing, utilizing multiple sources for "solutions" to your specific needs. Not sheltered by "corporate employment", each partner is driven to "satisfy" your needs, or face being replaced.
All services are billed through a "central source" and all service is "centralized" through Atlantic Driver Staffing. However, if you choose, you also have the option to contact each "business partner" directly to get answers to "specialized" questions. You truly have the best of all worlds. So that you will get to know "the team", before you commit to any of our services, each partner will contact you to discuss your specific needs, answer questions, and discuss how their part of the business will be "customized" to serve your needs. As "independents", they have the multiple sourcing capabilities, and are not dependant on a "canned" or pre-arranged program, that you the client may be forced to "conform" with.
Are your workers compensation rate increases continuing to skyrocket?
Do you find yourself unable to keep up with all the government regulations concerning payroll issues? Or, are you just simply tired of the burden of the weekly payroll drill? If so, then PEO services may be the option for you.
Professional Employer Organizations (PEO), employ thousands of personnel on a national basis, and by doing so we can "power buy" workers compensation insurance, employee benefit programs, and other services that toy as a single employer may be paying much more to acquire. As a PEO we have the ability to insure top national insurers for workers compensation, and do so with considerable cost effectiveness that we pass on to you, in most cases the savings of our coverage more than pays for our service charge.
As a PEO provider we act as a co-employer, and you still manage the "day to day" activities of the employees. Essentially, the only thing different to the employee is the name on the check. As a PEO we also act as the administrative employer concerning workers compensation claims, unemployment issues, FMLA, ADA, hiring and termination administration, and many other "federal and state compliance" issues.
